Zero Harm Health and Safety Training Recognition
Relko agree with Mansell in refusing to accept that accidents are inevitable in construction, Mansell has embraced the Zero Harm programme launched by their parent company Balfour Beatty in 2008.
Their target is to achieve Zero Harm across the company by 2012 and that means:
- Zero fatalities
- Zero injuries to the public
- Zero permanently disabling injuries
- No long term harm to health
- An Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) of less than 0.1 by end of 2012
We here at the Relko Group as an approved sub-contractor for Mansell and the Balfour Beatty Group have committed to the Zero Harm policies, strategies and goals and have trained all our workforce in line with the Mansell’s aim to meet the requirements set out by the Zero harm policy. Our management team, Supervisors and skilled workforce operatives have been inducted through the training and video processes and on-line computer test to obtain their passport and certification to Mansell requirements.
